工作内容：1. Competitor analysis, feasibility evaluation, product parts and mold quotation;
2. Mold design and review, make samples and 2D drawings;
3. New product model flow analysis; and put forward optimization suggestions;
4. Making2D parts drawing for mold assembly;
5. Understand brand injection molding machine specifications and injection molding principles, Select molding machine;
6. Mold steel identification and application, familiar with mold parts steel selection and application scenarios; Select the mold part material;
7. Make and follow up project schedule, issue drawings and system documents, and countersign various documents;
8. Development and introduction of new technology, manpower improvement and other projects;
9. follow up trial and die mass production transfer, production improvement;
岗位要求：
1. College degree or above in mold design or machine design field;
2. 5 years of working experience in connector mold design or mold improve field , Including 3 years of molding process experience. - Extensive experience in plastic mold and molding.- insert molding as well;
3. Proficient in Pro/E, AUTO CAD, SolidWorks, Power point, excel outlook;
4. Master the application of mold flow and other design simulation software;
5. Proficient in precision connector mold structure and accessories;
6. Familiar with all kinds of defects in the process of product manufacturing and corresponding improvement plan, effectively solve the abnormal process;
7. Familiar with mold design, manufacturing, and process management.
