Major Duties & Accountabilities 主要职责

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope and objectives, analyze and differentiate from industry standards, operational flows, and system/data flows.

3. Utilize the "work backward" approach from customer experience and expectations to define project goals and ensure alignment with business objectives.
采用“逆向工作”方法，从客户体验和期望出发定义项目目标，并确保与业务目标保持一致。
4. Facilitate communication with stakeholders throughout the project life cycle to ensure successful project delivery, bridging the gap between business and technical teams.
在整个项目生命周期中促进与客户或跨部门的沟通，确保项目成功交付，弥合业务团队与技术团队之间的差距。
5. Specify task requirements and create and execute test cases.
明确任务要求，创建并执行测试案例。
6. Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for improvement.
进行差距分析，找出改进之处。
7. Coordinate, plan, and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
协调、规划并引导用户进行验收测试（UAT）。
8. Manage project risks and issues, and formulate contingency plans as needed.
管理项目风险和问题，并在必要时制定应急计划。
9. Monitor, track, and report on project progress, challenges, and solutions, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
监控、跟踪并报告项目进展、挑战和解决方案，定期向利益相关者提供更新。
10. Be available outside of standard office hours to address urgent issues or ad-hoc requests.
根据实际情况，可能会有处理紧急问题等临时需要。
Qualification任职要求
1. Diploma in Business Administration, Shipping, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines or equivalent experience
工商管理、航运、计算机信息系统、工程或其他商业/分析学科或同等经验
2. 2+ years of relevant professional experience in business analysis and project management
2 年以上商业分析和项目管理相关专业经验
3. Maintain a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work independently, adjust priorities, and work in a continuously changing environment

4. Understand project management, project life cycle and software development life cycle are plus
