英语口语熟练+LCD/LCM液晶屏行业经验，优先考虑

Responsibilities:
1.Provide technical expertise to support the integration of LCD cells with various interfaces (MIPI, LVDS, eDP) into custom LCD solutions；
2.Utilizing a fundamental understanding of display driver IC technology, TFT backplane and gate drivers, and backlight technology, work closely with LCD cell manufacturers to solve development and production issues；
3.Analyze and troubleshoot display electrical and optical issues；
4.Perform electrical design for LED backlights for LCD modules；
5.Perform electrical design modifications/improvements for timing controller (TCON) PCBAs；
6.Utilizing C-programming expertise, debug and optimize display initialization codes.；
7.Debug and optimize capacitive touch controller IC programming；
8.Provide oversight of initial sample verification, including optical and electrical characterization and provide suggestions for improvement / iteration during development of new display products；
9.Provide technical guidance to technician-level staff；
10.Support factory issues related to technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis；
11.Use MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and other software applications to create materials that can be presented internally and externally；
12.Others.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (Required);
2.Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the display industry (Preferred);
3Excellent English language skills (Required);
4.Experience utilizing Altium Designer or similar electrical design software to create schematics and layouts;
5.Experience working with TFT backplane design, display driver IC technology, gate drivers and display TCON design;
6.Experience with display failure analysis;
7.Familiarity with display metrology and optical defect detection.
