The Senior QA & QC Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance and testing processes of our vape products manufactured in Shenzhen, China. This role involves conducting inspections, analyzing production processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a background in quality control within the vape or related industries.

【岗位职责】
Quality Assurance:
（1）Establish, implement, and manage QA protocols to align with company standards.
（2）Conduct regular factory audits to ensure compliance with Health Canada, ISO, and other international regulatory requirements.
（3）Monitor and evaluate manufacturing practices to ensure adherence to the industry standards.
Quality Control:
（1）Inspect raw materials, components, and finished products for quality and consistency.
（2）Assist the Product Development team to approve product samples and provide recommendations for improvements.
（3）Identify, document, and resolve quality issues through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Collaboration and Communication:
（1）Provide detailed inspection reports and updates to the Canadian headquarters.
（2）Collaborate with the Product Development team to assess potential quality risks and implement solutions.
（3）Train and mentor production staff on quality control processes and standards.
Regulatory Compliance:
（1）Ensure all vape products meet Canadian and international safety and labeling requirements.
（2）Stay informed on evolving regulations related to vape products and ensure compliance.
【任职要求】
1.Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
2.Minimum of 5 years of experience in QC/QA roles, preferably in the vape, electronics, or consumer goods industries.
3.Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and equipment.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and guidelines for vape products (e.g., FDA, ISO).
4.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
5.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
6.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
7.Fluent in Mandarin with strong communication skills; proficiency in English is an advantage.
8.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
9.Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.
10.Ability to work independently and travel extensively within China.
