Key Responsibilities: 61 Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to understand component requirements and specifications. 61 Source, evaluate, and select suppliers/vendors for electronic components and motors based on quality, cost, and delivery considerations. 61 Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement outcomes. 61 Manage relationships with existing suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery schedules. 61 Continuously monitor market trends, pricing, and lead times to make informed procurement decisions. 61 Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance evaluations. 61 Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation within the supply chain. 61 Work closely with logistics and inventory teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize shortages or excess stock. 61 Support the resolution of supplier-related issues, such as quality discrepancies, lead time delays, and supply chain disruptions. 61 Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in electronics supply chain management.
Requirements: 61 Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 61 1-3 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably in the electronics industry. 61 Solid understanding of electronic components and motors, their specifications, and manufacturing processes. 61 Proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage supplier relationships. 61 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners. 61 Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) preferred. 61 Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
