Responsibilities & Tasks: 1, Strategy Planning: Support the superior in developing and implementing innovative digital marketing plans based on market trends, competitive analysis, and consumer insights, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, etc. 2, Brand Building: Enhance brand image through creative content and storytelling, increasing online visibility and favourability. 3, Content Creation & Optimization: Create engaging and relevant digital content (e.g., social media posts, videos, copies, etc). Optimize content for SEO and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. 4, Social Media Management: Manage and optimize brand accounts on major social media platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Rednote, Douyin, etc.), boosting user engagement and participation, and analyze performance metrics. 5, Agency Collaboration & Oversight: Work closely with external agencies to execute annual marketing strategies and daily social media operations. Ensure agencies adhere to deadlines, deliver high-quality work, and meet the agreed-upon KPIs. Monitor agency performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 6, Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools. Prepare regular reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness. 7, Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum ROI. 8, Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and other departments to ensure digital marketing strategies align with the company's overall strategy. 9, Trend Insight: Continuously track the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, introducing innovative methods to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Requirements:
1, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2, Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a beauty or related industry. 3, Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing. 4, Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external agencies. 5, Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills. 6, Excellent project management and teamwork abilities. 7, Skilled in working with MS Office, mainly PowerPoint and Excel. 8, Proficiency in English and good communication skills.
