Above 5 years over current protection components design experience, especially with the high voltage and high current fuses5年以上超电路保护元件设计经验，特别是高压、大电流熔断器设计经验。 技能要求/Skill Requirement：

1. Skilled in 3D; 2D CAD tools精通3D;二维CAD等工具
2. In-depth knowledge of relevant standard IEC60417 /UL 248 and AEC-Q200
3. Much experience of designing the critical features such as melting element; fuse body ; caps terminals and fillers to achieve high performance at efficient cost level. . 深入了解相关标准IEC60417 /UL 248和AEC-Q200
4 Plus if with strong know-how about the raw material selection; contact physics and thermal simulation对原材料选择，接触物理和热模拟有一定的了解
5. In-depth knowledge of critical manufacture process such as stamping; plating and metal joint technology.对冲压等关键制造工艺有深入了解;具备电镀及金属接头技术
6. Fundamental understanding of overcurrent component application in some segmentation like industry and automotive applications.基本了解过流元件在工业和汽车等领域的应用

其他要求/Other Requirement： English Communication ; Logical and structured thinking ; proactive and team player

1.对标保险丝座，熔断器行业。
2.须有熔化元件、熔丝体、电磁干扰滤波器等电路保护相关经验。
3. 具备逻辑思维和结构思维; 积极主动，有团队合作精神
4.英文流利能跟国外客户正常沟通
