Webbing, a leader in global IoT connectivity solutions, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, working closely with our global and EU teams, and ensuring that our large enterprise clients receive the highest level of service. This is a customer-facing role. What will you do: 61 Support all aspects of the sales process for our prospects, including performing portal demos, managing client accounts, and providing client support throughout the long sales cycle. This includes coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations. 61 Assist the global and EU sales teams by maintaining CRM data hygiene, enforcing the sales process, generating reports and insights, and tracking leads. Collaborate with the North America sales coordinator and support North America deals as needed. 61 Help implement, document, and optimize sales processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 61 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineers, Product, Operations, Analytics, and customer support, to streamline operations and enhance sales department performance. 61 Participate in sales projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 61 Utilize tools like Excel, Monday CRM, and Salesforce to manage data and support sales activities. 61 Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to resolve issues and ensure alignment with company goals. Requirements: 61 1-2 years of experience in a sales coordinator, sales operations, or similar role from a B2B international company. 61 Experience working with large enterprise clients - an advantage. 61 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 61 Proactive mindset with strong communication and teamwork abilities. 61 Experience working with CRM systems (specific experience with Monday and Salesforce is a plus). 61 Proficiency in Excel for data management and reporting. 61 Fluent in English, both written and spoken. 61 Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. 61 Experience in managing multiple priorities and working under tight deadlines. 61 Familiarity with sales metrics and performance tracking tools.
