Key Responsibilities: 61 Maintain existing business opportunity and develop new business opportunity in assigned finisher accounts for both FS. Explore, identify and increase penetration opportunities of BU with OEM/PM team. 61 Develop, maintain, and improve multi-level and multi-function customer relationships and execute division and commercial strategies locally in finisher accounts. 61 Having overall account ownership. Account strategy development and execution. Be responsible for tracking/driving progress at each critical stage. 61 Secure/grow our business share at finisher accounts by negotiating and renewing CFA periodically. 61 Gain deep understanding of business and other innovation products. Be familiar with value prop of those products and do value selling to customer decision makers in effective and efficient way. 61 Actively communicating and working with internal stakeholders i.e. Application Engineering, Commercial Technology, Pricing, Product Line Management and Finisher/TPM sales team to ensure seamless information flow and drive design in/win as a group. 61 To collect monthly forecast from finishers, improve forecast accuracy, update to Commercial Operation team, coordinate supply when necessary. 61 Manage overdue AR and make sure get payment on time. 61 Collect and report market intelligent information to management. 61 Other duties may have assigned.
Education & Experience
61 Master or Bachelor degree with Science or Engineering from 1st tier or 2nd tier colleges; MBA preferred. 61 2+ years working experience and prefer in electronics industry. LCD/Touch Panel/Cover Glass/Mobile Phone business will be preferred. 61 Strong communication skills. Good command of English. 61 Good sales experience with proven track record. 61 Problem solving and analytical skills 61 Be aggressive in new sales development 61 Willing to learn and understand product knowledge and technical aspects
