1、全面负责分公司日常事务,安排部门工作计划及落实,确保分公司日常工作和业务经营的正常运行,不断提升分公司运营质量、运营效率; 2、负责分公司年度预算,确保实现年度经营利润指标,严格控制部门成本、费用,组织实施公司经营目标的相应计划,完成各项经营指标; 3、处理海外指定货物及和海外代理的联络并开发海外代理新业务; 4、负责公司各地海空及联运所需配套支持,协调解决各地代理事务中出现的各项问题; 5、负责分公司的市场开发,业务开拓,客户维护,带领团队完成分公司的业绩指标,根据业务发展要求和公司管理体系要求,持续完善优化分公司组织架构; 6、组织进行公司海运及空运业务的定期统计与分析,提交公司有关业绩考核或决策; 7、关注账款的回收及账期的逾限情况; 8、 对工作流程中可能出现的风险能够有效提前预警、有效预防; 9、贯彻落实公司价值观,延续团队的凝聚力和不断开发团队的创造力; 10、完成中国区总监安排的其他工作。 【任职要求】 1、大专以上学历,优秀的中英文口头表达和书面沟通能力(英语可作为工作沟通语言); 2、至少五年以上国际物流团队管理经验; 3、具备专业的空运/航运/陆运以及货运知识,熟悉海运空运进出口拼箱业务者优先; 4、具备良好的职业道德操守,高度责任心和敬业精神,具有团队合作及客户服务意识,处事成熟稳重; 5、具备敏锐的市场洞察力,较强的领导力、沟通谈判能力、公司营运能力; 6、有自己固定客户或代理业务的优先考虑; 7、熟悉Cargowise系统。 Job Description: 1. College Degree holder or above in logistics, international trade, supply chain, chemical or related disciplines 2. More than 8 years’ experience in relating industry, of which 3 years in managerial level. 3. Proven sales track record with existent client portfolio 4. Fluent in Mandarin and English 5.
