Ensuring offer quality to meet customer satisfaction and customer promise according in whole customer journey. This role will involve: Participate in the different execution steps of projects for offer creation and continues improvement in charge of customer satisfaction; bring the Cx&Q vision at the project for the different PSC stage gate Ensuring that the Voice of Customer (VOC) is well collected and analyzed in order to provide robust and ranked customer requirements to the project team;
Guaranteeing the best application of offer creation processes and to assist the project manager in managing project risk.
Ensuring that risk identification, assessment and mitigation plans are managed and updated, bring visibility on the risk dashboard in each development phases till to execution mode;
Defining offer and project quality goals including customer effort goals all along life cycle
Supporting and coaching the team on methods and quality tools needed to reach robustness, customer satisfaction and quality targets;
Ensure that all project deliverables are ready and validated
Creates and enforces the project quality plan including hardware, firmware.
Insuring that any impact from customer stand point is all along the project taken into account in all the decisions.

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Software or Electronics Engineering or automation or similar
Good knowledge of quality methodologies ( FMEAs, risks analysis, 8D, 5 Why and root causes analyses…, preferably Green Belt or Higher)
Experience as leading role of product development project management master OCP and PMP process, SW/FW/system Engineering process & quality management process
Solid experience in Change management, system engineering and evaluation models and experience in Agile development, facilitating Scrum Master and debugging, experienced with JIRA, , GIT , SVN, Teamforge tools or similar development tools
Experience in Software development or tests in the embedded environment will be a plus
Working knowledge of electronics product, Known PCBA manufacturing process ,OEM/ODM Quality management will be a plus
