THE ROLE
The candidate will work as a member of the Chinese R&D team, collaborating with the Belgium R&D team to develop, validate, and test the electronic components of our lock product. Additionally, the candidate will troubleshoot any product issues and provide full support to other departments, such as mechanical engineering, assembly, and other OEM suppliers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Hardware design including schematic and PCB layout, mostly STM32 based platform.
2. STM32 or similar MCU software programming, review and test existing code to troubleshoot.
3. Familiar with EMI/EMC and other safety design requirements and follow up with related certification procedures.
4. Support with third party PCBA manufacturers on test/manufacturing equipment setting and any other manufacturing issues.
5. Create hardware/software verification test plans and test reports, build performance validation tests equipment on related products.
6. Troubleshoot any product issue, including software and hardware, find root cause of problems and implement solutions to improve existing designs.
7. Have good understanding of high product quality and implement it into design and test procedure .

REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s (or above) in Electronics and related
2. 5+ years’ experience in electronic hardware / software development
3. Excellent knowledge of analog & digital circuit design
4. Good oral English skill
5. Programming skills & experiences of MCU / ARM / FPGA
6. Outstanding Logic ability and thought ability.
7. Outstanding communication and expression ability.
8. Satisfactory team spirit and cooperation ability.

LOCATION PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Position is in ShaJing Town, Shenzhen – 800Meters far from metro Line 11 HouTing station
