Responsibilities:
1、Leading and managing a team of design and project engineers
2、Manage project schedules, cost, and resource
3、Communicate with customer, from US or Europe etc., to understand their requirements, and develop products accordingly.
4、Drive the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring smooth transition from concept to production, focusing on quality, performance, and process automation.
6、Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements for the North American, European, and other target markets, ensuring products meet all relevant standards and certifications.
7、Ensure existing products are maintained at competitive price levels by reviewing alternate component sourcing, recommending process improvement or automation.
8、Participate in the formulation of technology development strategies, establish new product development positioning, and determine the direction of technological research.

Requirements:
1、Bachelor Degree holders major in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2、Minimum028-10 years working experience in R&D of electronic consumer products or home appliance.
3、Design for manufacturability is a must
4、Strong leadership and management skills
5、Experience in project management for manufacturing industry.
6、Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
