61 Maintain an active pipeline of customer/distributor forecasts, POS and inventory data to run demand analysis 61 Design and optimize the sales process to ensure the efficient operation of the sales team 61 Coordinate resources to solve problems in the sales process 61 Support management reports as needed 61 Assist in setting sales targets, track team performance, and provide performance feedback and motivation 61 Act as a bridge between the sales team and other departments (such as Finance, Operations, CSR, etc.) to ensure smooth information flow and seamless connection between sales and supply chain, logistics, etc 61 Coordinate resources to solve problems in the sales process 61 Maintain and optimize sales-related systems (such as the CRM system) and provide appropriate sales tools to facilitate sales work 61 Hold or join Monthly/Quarterly POP review meeting with Distributors for business trackers 61 Follow Distributor order booking per forecast / standard LT and drive revenue internally or externally per quarterly target 61 Coordinate and support cross regions sales activities 61 Participate in sales training and team meetings to improve skills and performance
Requirements:
● Minimum 2 years relevant work experience; semiconductor industry experience preferred ● Experience with CRM tools a plus, strong Excel skills and Power BI ● Strong analytical skills and high degree of attention to detail ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills ● Take full responsibility and accountability of the role and expected results ● Good team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment, high motivation and passion ● Experience with databases and spreadsheets ● Strong time management, and problem-solving skills
