MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
61 Lead development and sourcing of cosmetic and skincare primary packaging;
61 Collaborate with design and engineering teams to materialize innovative products;
61 Support sales team to exceed customers’ expectations;
61 Knowledge of relevant supplier base for open sourcing;
61 Effectively negotiate with suppliers on total cost and terms;
61 Explore, refine and optimize product design;
61 Projects follow-up on a day to day basis;
61 Frequent factory visit to monitor project progress.

REQUIREMENTS:
61 Minimum 5 years merchandising experience;
61 Relevant product knowledge is a must;
61 Manage project deliveries to meet deadline in a fast pace working environment;
61 Good organization skill and quick response;
61 Result oriented, strong negotiation skill, self-motivated and a team player;
61 Good command in written and spoken English & Mandarin ;
61 Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
