Overview We are seeking a proactive and bilingual (Chinese/English) IT Support Engineer to join our small but dedicated IT team. The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues experiencing everyday IT issues and will coordinate with other team members to resolve more complex problems. This role also involves managing the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up their computers, educating them on cybersecurity practices, and familiarizing them with company tools. Additionally, the engineer will assist in implementing a ticketing system, managing asset inventory across various locations, and creating training materials, including recording instructional videos. Key Responsibilities IT Support 61 Serve as the point of contact for internal IT support requests. 61 Troubleshoot and resolve simple computer and software issues for colleagues. 61 Coordinate with senior IT team members on complex technical problems. 61 Assist in implementing and managing a ticketing system to streamline IT support requests. Onboarding and Training 61 Set up computers and necessary software for new employees. 61 Conduct onboarding sessions to educate new hires on cybersecurity, company tools, and IT policies. 61 Develop and update training materials, including recording instructional videos. 61 Schedule and organize regular training sessions for staff to enhance their technical proficiency.
