Responsibilities
工作职责 :
- Product Design and validation:
(1). Clarify customer requirements and application for technical products, transform customer and marketing VOC into product design features and specifications.
(2). Understand HV products Design principle and related performance. Familiar with specifications of automotive connectors, such as LV215 and USCAR37 etc.
(3). Familiar with products categories and profiles and select proper products for customer
(4). Concept Design quickly according to TE current products to meet customer requirements.
(5). Solve product issue or complaints in customer and propose solutions.
(6). Collaborate with local design engineers better service to customers.

- Engineering experience
(1) Understand High voltage connector design and connection principle.
(2) Familiar with Familiar with the vehicle's high-voltage system, product applications, and manufacturing processes. with OEM specification.


Band 5-2
Education
教育背景 Bachelor’s degree or above in in mechanical engineering, or the other related field.

Qualification & Certification
资质证书 CET-4 or above， Bachelor or above.

Experience
工作经验 More than 5 years design experience on Automotive HV connector,
HV harness cable or related vehicle's system mechanical design.

1. Proficient in English writing, reading. Good communication
2. Familiar with engineering software: Creo or Pro/E. Mastery of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
