Qualification: Education: usually requires a bachelor's degree, majoring in marketing, business administration or related fields. Oversea education experience desirable but not required.
Industry experience: 5 years or more sales work experience, Hi Tech industry experience desirable but not required.
Performance requirements: good sales performance and customer development capabilities.
Language ability: Fluent English is the basic requirement, mastering other foreign languages such as French, Spanish and other languages will have more advantages.
Cross-cultural communication skills: to understand business etiquette and communication styles in different cultural backgrounds.
Market development ability: have the ability to develop new markets and customers. Track record of oversea sales success desirable but not required.
Sales skills: Master effective sales skills and negotiation strategies. Legal and regulatory knowledge: Understand the relevant laws, regulations and trade policies of the North American market.

Responsibility
Market Development and Customer Acquisition (mainly for North America)
Market Research In-depth understanding of North America and other regional signal amplifier market demand, competition situation, industry trends and so on. Collect relevant local industry regulations, standards and other information to ensure that the sales of the company's products meet the local requirements.
Customer acquisition Through various channels, such as network platforms, trade exhibitions, business databases, etc., to find potential customers, including dealers, retailers and direct corporate customers, etc. Establish a potential customer list, and update and maintain it regularly. Sales and business development
Product promotion Introduce the product features, functions and advantages of the company signal booster in detail. Provide customized product solutions according to customer needs to improve product market adaptability.
Sales target Develop and implement the market sales plan, and strive to meet the personal sales targets. Actively explore new sales channels, improve the market share of products in the market.
Customer relationship maintenance Maintain good communication with customers, and timely reply to their consultation and feedback. Solve customer problems encountered in the process of using products, improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
