Job Description:
1. Responsible for specialized tasks in international certification of electronic, electrical, and wireless products, including certification consultation, quotation, and international certification project applications.
2. Manage international certification projects, regularly update project progress to internal/external clients, and ensure timely completion.
3. Stay updated on latest regulatory standards and technical requirements, maintain and update SOPs/databases for international certifications.
4. Build and maintain relationships with domestic/overseas partner organizations, organize visits/meetings, and negotiate cooperation matters.
5. Support marketing department in certification promotions, participate in seminars/client visits, and conduct internal/external client training.
6. Handle certification-related documentation and daily administrative tasks.
7. Experience in African market development and familiarity with local regulations is preferred.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics or Foreign Languages-related majors.
2. 3+ years of international certification transfer experience in trade or laboratory institutions.
3. Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
4. Detail-oriented, patient, with logical thinking and self-learning capabilities.
5. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
6. Proficiency in office software applications.
7. Fluency in Arabic or English.
8. Prior international certification/testing experience or background in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is preferred.
