Responsibilities
1、Support day-to-day performance improvement of the line (speed increase, scrap reduction, labours efficiency improvement.)
支持生产线的日常绩效改进（提高速度，减少废料，提高劳动效率）；
2、Champion the LEAN philosophy to elevate performance and exceed targets/KPIs.
支持精益理念，以提高绩效并超越目标/ kpi；
3、Identify opportunities for reducing costs and improving productivity while coordinating the implementation of these improvements.
识别降低成本和提高生产力的机会，同时协调这些改进的实施；
4、Facilitate the planning and implementation of workplace flow & layout, equipment installations, modifications, and moves according to Lean concepts.
根据精益理念，促进工作流程和布局、设备安装、改造和搬迁的规划和实施；
5、Inspire and guide teams in their continuous improvement journey through effective training and support.
通过有效的培训和支持，激励和指导团队持续改进；
6、Spearhead the organization, monitoring, and periodic reporting of dynamic kaizen activities.
带头组织、监督并定期报告动态改善活动；
7、Implement robust systems for tracking critical Operations KPIs, enhancing efficiency and performance.
实施健全的系统来跟踪关键的运营kpi，提高效率和绩效；
8、Drive cost-efficiency through innovative productivity initiatives, projects, and programs.
通过创新的生产力计划、项目和计划来提高成本效率；
9、Foster a pervasive culture of LEAN principles, nurturing ongoing growth and improvement throughout the plant.
培养精益原则的文化，促进整个工厂的持续发展和改进。

Requirement

1、Bachelor’s & University degree, majoring in mechanical/electrical/electronic/materials or its equivalent.
本科及以上学历，机械/电气/电子/材料或相关专业；
2、Minimum 5 years working experience as a Lean Engineer in Manufacturing.
5年以上制造业精益工程师工作经验；
3、Good knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE). Six Sigma Green /Black Belt holders will be an added advantage.
良好的精益生产，统计过程控制和实验设计知识。持有六西格玛绿带/黑带者优先考虑；
4、Experience in process improvement methods and tools (DMAIC, RCA, 5W, Kaizen, SMED, VSM)
具有过程改进方法和工具（DMAIC， RCA, 5W, Kaizen， SMED， VSM）的经验；
5、Experience in New Product Development processes and manufacturing processes.
具有新产品开发流程和生产流程的经验；
6、Possess good interpersonal / communication skills and able to interface with all job level employees.
具备良好的人际/沟通能力，能够与所有级别的员工沟通；
7、Good understanding of Quality systems/tools.
对质量体系/工具有良好的理解；
8、Knowledge is AUTO CAD drawings is an advantage.
熟悉AUTO CAD制图者优先。
