We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager to cover the Hong Kong Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our independent brand [Champion System] in custom cycling, triathlon, and running apparel to prospective clubs, teams, federations, races, corporate, schools, charities, and retailers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the custom sports apparel market and a strong network of contacts in the industry. Responsibilities: 1. Promote and sell our independent brand - Champion System's custom sports apparel to prospective clients in various industries, including but not limited to, clubs, teams, federations, races, corporate, schools, charities, and retailers. 2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets for Champion System. 4. Exceed monthly and annual sales forecasts. 5. Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products. 6. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 7. Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the custom sports apparel industry. 8. Represent the brand at trade shows and other industry events to promote the company and develop new business opportunities. 9. Build and maintain brand’s social media presence, lead creative and execution. 10. Report sales activity and customer feedback to management. 11. Cross-border travel is required.
Requirements: 1. Proven track record of successful sales experience in the sports apparel industry, especially in HK market. 2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 4. Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed. 5. Passion for the sports apparel industry and a deep understanding of its various markets. 6. Duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the jurisdiction where it is organized. 7. Member of Sports club or association feathered in cycling, triathlon, running, marathon, etc. would be a plus.
