【Key Responsibility】 61 Responsible for establishing, maintaining and improving the supplier quality assurance and development system in the commodity. 61 Visit the key suppliers on a daily/weekly basis and work with suppliers and related company department to improve quality and supply chain processes, achieve all individual KPIs and assist related department reports and department workings. 61 Perform audits on new and existing suppliers with the purpose of evaluating the expected quality or sustainability performance of the supplier, and provide relevant information into supplier selection decision forums and commodity management. 61 Guide the suppliers in the PPAP process and approve the result of the suppliers PPAP work. Be involved in internal and external drawing reviews to synchronize the demands in order to reduce risk and avoid miss understanding, be involved supplier selection, tooling approved process, and samples process. Make sure that requirements/expectations from Boyd are fully understood and followed by suppliers. 61 Support in the suppliers’ corrective and preventive action process and follow through the results for Boyd Shenzhen related issues that have gone through the process, drive supplier achieve DPPM target. 61 Develop strategic suppliers. 61 Manage internal customer relationships and coordinate with Commodity Management the selection, assessment and approval of supplier and parts.
