Publish Safety Infringement Notice, Safety Correction Requisition and Field Directive to GC and follow-up the corrective actions. 向总包发布Safety Infringement Notice、Safety Correction Requisition和Field Directive，并跟进纠正行动;
Carry out accident investigation and finish the report. 开展事故调查并完成报告。
Supervise and audit GC’s EHS management system and relevant document. 监管并审查总包的安全管理系统和相关文件。
Supervise daily work of GC’s EHS department. 监管总包安全部门的日常工作。
Check and audit GC’s employees’ construction work, require them to take corrective action when problem found. 检查并审核总包员工的工程工作，当有问题发生时，要求他们改正其行为。
Know Client’s EHS requirement in time and take action. 及时了解客户的安全要求并采取行动。
Make sure safety performance of GC to meet requirement of China safety regulations and client. 确保总包的安全行为符合中国的安全条例和客户的要求。

Provide ESH audit for the project managed by Arcadis 对凯谛思管理的项目进行安全审计。
Liaise with Arcadis regional ESH manager, review and improve Arcadis internal process and procedure regularly 定期与凯谛思亚***全负责人进行凯谛思安全管理的规章流程的评估和改进。
Job Requirements & Person Specification : Bachelor Degree or above in relevant field; 相关专业本科或以上学历。
Minimum 10 years working experience in EHS field; 安全工程领域的十年以上工作经验。
Be familiar with national and international EHS standards and regulations. 熟悉国内及外资企业的安全要求和规范。
Be able to multitask and manage priorities 具有操作多项事务，并管理优先顺序的能力。
