As a Senior Technical Sales Engineer, you will achieve sales target as annual plan, develop new customers and products in a manner that will achieve short and long term, profitable growth at the account, lead and manage technical service team to carry out the efficient technical service and technical problem solving to ensure that customer satisfaction, quality and business target and achieved. Job Responsibilities: 61 Plan and ensure the achievement of sales and services objectives 61 Responsible for product line under responsibilities and as assigned 61 Prepare monthly sales forecast report for the business manager to review capability for achieve sales target 61 Manage and develop sales & marketing strategies and find the new customer for business 61 Monitor, analyze and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in sales/revenue growth, sales productivity, sales quality and optimization of customer satisfaction 61 Set up plan, product knowledge and maintain technical service to customer regularly for monitoring customer process in order to prevent problem 61 Effectively communicate and proactive work with customer on product quality improvement, problem solving in order to generate creditability and set up preventive actions minimize loss and claim 61 Lead and direct technical sales team to build up relationship to customer by set up regular customer visit which related to sales strategies 61 Ensure that technical sales team understand in business and job scope including coaching and make on the job training for technical sales team 61 Set plan and implement training course for improve technical sales skill and review technical sales capability 61 Approve documents according to the latest DOA received 61 Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned 61 Additional responsibility: “Safety remains the number one priority by making it an integral part in all activities; Ensure all work is completed safely & in compliance with laws, regulations & Atotech standards.
