· Design the package for the strategic program according to the package guideline, and well fit for the different products specialty.

· Good opening experience for the customers with excellent artworks & compact pack architecture.

· The artworks design shall be able to explain the products features in a simple way, and box size shall be optimized according to Schneider Electric logistic requirement.

· Lead package topics from design to validation. From design point view, leverage the design resource internally/externally to explore the different options, and align with the stakeholders for the final design. From validation point view, able to define the proper testing plan to validate the package.

· The package design shall also consider the manufacture and transportation requirement as well, cost effective design is important.

· In front of any challenges related to package, able to bring the mitigation actions proactively to ensure that package not block the on-time launch.

· Eco package design concepts to be implemented into the new development.

· Bachelor or above degree in Industrial design, package design related discipline.

· At least 5-8 years’ experience in package design, experience on smart home solution package for retail market is highly preferred.

· Good knowledge on different package materials and familiar with package testing requirements.

· Able to lead all the packaging related topics, define the clear package design requests to 3rd party suppliers, and challenge the partners in a professional way to optimize the design to fulfill marketing requirements.

· Familiar with the eco package design concepts, able to design the package architecture with a good protection on products to remove the plastic material.

· Proficient in packaging design software like AI, Photoshop etc.

· Good communication skills and good command of written and spoken English.
