岗位职责: 1.指引供应商安排订单出货事宜,订单包括大货及散件,订单目的地包括直属德国、直接出货、亚马逊订单等等; Instruct suppliers for shipment arrangement for our orders; Orders include finished units and spare parts; order destination includes SEVERIN shipment, direct shipment, Amazon shipment, etc.;
2.检查供应商的出货文件草稿(发票、装箱单、提单/海运单、货柜检查清单),确认无误后,提醒供应商按时准备正式版的出货文件以便SEG用于进口清关; Check the draft shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / Sea-waybill, Container Check List) for suppliers, and once such draft documents are correct, then remind suppliers to prepare the official shipping documents to SEG in time for import customs clearance;
3.将出货信息录入AS400系统,如ETD、最终的出货数量、船名、柜号等; Fill in the delivery information in AS400 System, e.g. ETD, final delivery QTY, vessel name, container NO. and so on;
4.处理亚马逊订单的出货事宜,包括操作亚马逊系统安排出货; Handle shipment for Amazon orders, included handle the issues in Amazon system for shipment arrangement;
5.提醒供应商在装柜后,将装柜照片按要求发至我司指定邮箱; Remind suppliers to send container loading pictures to our nominated Email address after container loading;
6.与内部相关部门、供应商、客户、外部物流供应商紧密沟通; Close contact with internal stakeholders, suppliers, customers and external (logistics) service providers;
7.SAP系统的关键使用者:需熟悉MM(物料管理)、TM(运输管理)板块,若熟悉WM(仓存管理)板块者优先; Key user in SAP System: needs to be familiar with MM (Material Management) & TM (Transport Management), and WM (Warehouse Management) will be preferable;
8.上司其他安排的工作任务。 Handle other tasks from Sr. SCM Manager.
任职要求: 1.教育背景 (educational background ) 物流或英语相关专业 Logistic or English related
2.培训经历(training experience) 接受过相关物流流程培训 Training with operation of logistic
3.经验(working experience) 2年以上相关工作经验 2 years related work experience
4.技能技巧(technics & skills) 良好的英语听说读写能力,熟悉外贸跟单流程,具备良好的沟通能力及抗压能力 Good spoken and written English, be familiar with the operation of import & export trading, good communication skills and ability to cope with stress
5.综合素质(overall quality) 认真负责,诚实可靠,具有高度的责任感及团队合作精神 Be enthusiastic about job, reliable, have a strong sense of responsibility and good sense of team work.
