职位内容描述 Job Description:
1.了解和参与新产品开发和导入流程，作为项目团队研发质量协调人负责项目质量从概念开始到量产和顺利上市。
Involve into NPD and NPI process, work as coordinator for project quality from concept to mass production release and smooth launch.
2. 负责制定质量计划和方案并在项目各阶段实施和跟进，管控输出结果并符合项目时间表。
Create project quality qualification and validation plan, follow up the execution during each milestone and project stage, control the output alignment with project schedule.
3.整理收集类似产品在内外部历史品质问题，经验和教训，实施较好的实践，避免在新项目中重复犯错。
Collect and summarize same or similar product historical quality issues, experience and lessons, implement best practice, eliminate same issues happening again.
4.综合全面评估项目质量和风险，负责先期质量控制方案(FMEA,PPAP,CTQ,质量计划和问题追踪表等)，推进质量问题和风险解决和改善。
Comprehensive review and evaluate project quality and risk, deploy APQP plan (FMEA,PPAP, CTQ, control plan and issue tracking list etc.), drive solutions and improvement for all quality issues and risks.
5.和实验室及供应商质量团队一起编制测试计划、寿命及用户接受度测试及具体测试方法、条件和数据要求等，监督和管控供应商执行测试,评审批准产品质量管控计划，对发现的问题进行分析风险评估验证和闭环等工作。
Work with lab and SQE team to prepare testing plan, LTT, fit for user acceptance testing etc., define detail requirement on testing method, condition, record template etc., supervise and control the testing process are under right execution,
review and approve product quality control plan, drive close loop of problem analysis, risk assessment, evaluation, solution verification and validation etc..
6.准备项目各阶段质量评审资料，参与项目各阶段评审，和所有相关方沟通遇到的问题和方案，提供信息支持项目决策。
Prepare project quality files and documents for each milestone and stage review, join stage review and approval meeting, communicate open issues and actions, support project decision.
7.评审供应商新项目的各阶段的试产、首次大货的生产等，推动供应商持续改善。
Review supplier DVT, EVT, PVT, trial run and 1st mass production etc., drive supplier continuous improvement.
8.支持CIP, VAVE, CoPQ和成本节约工作，支持变更管理和ECR流程.
Support CIP, VAVE, CoPQ and cost saving activities, support change management and ECR process.
9.沟通质量标准，制定或更新产品质量标准文件和相关质量流程及指引等.
Communicate quality criteria, create or update QC documents and relevant procedures and instructions.
10.支持OQC验货团队，参与评估OQC验货报告及放行,问题沟通及解决.
Support OQC inspection team, OQC report review and release, problem solving and communication etc..

任职资格详述Require Skills:
1. 教育背景 (educational background )
机械电子相关专业大专及以上学历。
Major in Mechanical, Electronic or Electrical Engineering or similar professional.
2. 经 验（working experience）
3-8年及以上有APQP, DQE, PQE SQE全球项目和产品实操经验，有跨部门协作的NPD&NPI经验。
3-8 years or more working experience in APQP, DQE, PQE SQE experience in global project and product quality management, involve into NPD and NPI process.
熟悉小家电开发、机构、电子、生产工艺、质量和标准及供应链尤佳。
Familiar with home appliance design, structure and electrical, manufacturing process, quality, standards and supply chain.
3. 技能技巧（technics & skills）
与所有相关方进行质量和技术探讨等，全面综合评估和详细汇总，有系统沟通分析解决问题能力。
Can have technical review with all parties, pursue comprehensive evaluation, systematic and logical thinking, professional summary, analysis and solution.
4. 熟悉常规质量管控方法，了解可靠性测试定义验证等方法论和实操。
Familiar with quality methodology, understand reliability definition, practice and verification.
5. 良好的沟通能力，良好的英语听说读写能力。
Good communication skills with fluency in written and oral English.
6. 愿意出差到供应商现场沟通评估跟进项目或产品进度。
Willing to travel to supplier for onsite review, evaluation and progress follow up.
