1. Supervise the review and issuance of admission notifications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established policies and procedures.
2. Provide administrative support to the relevant Admission Committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and recording minutes.
3. Coordinate the evaluation of admission qualifications, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in admissions to enhance the overall effectiveness of the admissions process.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of admission policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
6. Responsible for student registration and record management, graduation information management.
7. Responsible for implementation and daily operation of various information management systems.
8. Manage & analysis students’ profile and assist strategic planning for PG study.
9. Liaison with academics, students and other University units.
10. Support the supervisor with any other tasks related to admissions as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Master's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of five years of administrative and admission experience, preferably in higher education institutions.
3. Strong administrative background with a solid understanding of admissions processes and procedures.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
5. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
6. Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
7. Strong team player with the ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
