Job Responsibility: 1.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company’s market presence in South China. 2.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of local sales. Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. Identify and establish relationships with new clients while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers. 3.Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product offerings. 4.Work closely with operational teams to ensure that client requirements are met, fostering a culture of excellent service delivery. 5.Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management. Utilize data to refine sales strategies. 6.Manage district sales budgets and resources efficiently to maximize profitability.
Requirement: 1.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, capable of effectively guiding and motivating sales teams to achieve targets. 2. Solid experience in sales, with a proven track record of successfully leading sales teams (prior experience preferred). 3. In-depth understanding of the South China market, including familiarity with local business ecosystems and customer demands. 4. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, adept at identifying business opportunities in complex market conditions. 5. Strong sense of responsibility and goal-oriented mindset, able to work under pressure and adapt flexibly to market dynamics. 6.Fluency in English , with cross-cultural communication skills considered a significant advantage.
