Summary:
此职位设置的目的是定义MPS全新或者复杂的新产品，拜访关键客户等。

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. New product define, especially for brand new and complicate products. Focus on high power DC/DC converter, isolation gate driver, isolation power, GaN, SiC device etc.
新产品定义，尤其是全新的产品和复杂的产品。产品类别包括大功率DC/DC转换器，隔离芯片，SiC器件等。
2. Visit customers to promote MPS new product and collect customer’s feedback.
拜访客户推销MPS新产品并收集客户的反馈
3. Assign and manage road test and customer support request
分配和管理路测及客户支持的请求

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Master degree in power electronics, ＞5 years working experience.硕士研究生学历，电力电子方向，5年以上工作经验。
2. Working experience in analog semiconductor company, familiar with switching power supply, new product definition , team leader and fluent English communication skills模拟半导体厂商工作经历、熟悉开关电源技术、做过新产品定义工作、流利英语沟通能力
