The role is responsible for managing global domestic client engagements and supervising junior staff. This role will supplement the capabilities of our client service associates (CSAs) in those areas requiring technical competencies or professional judgment beyond paraprofessional level. Representative tasks include: · Pursuits - Working with GCR Pursuit Leader to support scoping, solution design, proposal development, and pricing · Transition - Working with GCR Transition Leader to support transition activities · Service Delivery - Working with the Global Engagement Leader (GEL) to support service delivery activities · Infrastructure - Assist with internal projects
Requirements
· University graduates with approximately 2+ years of related work experience · Related work experience in global domestic or international tax compliance or equivalent experience in business or industry preferred · CPA, CTA or other relevant certification (obtained or in process) is preferred · Strong project management skills · Demonstrated technology proficiency and eagerness to expand technology and process skills · Excellent leadership, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills · Strong teamwork and willing to work under pressure
