Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the quality control and improvement of the production process.
2.Deal with quality failure in production and process, make analysis and improvement plan.
3.Review the raw material issue with SQE and follow up the improvement status.
4.Work with process Engineer to identify process risk and continuously improve product yield.
5.Establish quality related document standards and maintain quality system.
6.Follow up customer complaints handling with internal team and make improvement.
7.Implementation of customer requirements in the process.
8.QC personnel training and guidance.
Experience/Education Required:
1. Bachelor degree or above, science and engineering university graduate. Regardless of gender.
2.Positive and optimistic hard-working and indomitable character.
3.Proficient in oral English is preferred, reading and writing is required. Cet-6 certificate is required.
4.Good team-work and logical analysis skills.
