Specialist in product assembly process: process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, production performance. Responsible for specifying, implementing, and qualifying the manufacturing process & equipment.For new offer, ensures the product assembly feasibility.
For manufacturing, contributes strongly to the continuous improvement actions for the process & equipment. Bring his/her technical expertise within local industrialization team or local manufacturing Engineering team.
Select, validate, introduce, and standardize new assembly technologies/processes locally.


Qualifications - External
Bachelor degree major in electro-mechanics or similar
5+ Year working experience in assembly process for electro-mechanical products.
Expert for DFM, assembly process definition, line layout design, and cost related
Good communication skills, to work with project team, schneider plant and supplier
Fluent English in oral and written is a plus
