Job Description: 1. Be familiar with shipping market intelligence and activities in the respective trade. 2. Be capable of analyzing the market trend and taking necessary actions to cope with the changing market. 3. Fully understand the company's product competitiveness and advantages, and be able to properly convince clients. 4. Identify market opportunities and account potential, and ensure a good understanding of the market mix in the respective trade. 5. Maintain and enlarge the account base, and secure new business in line with the trade's direction. 6. Comply with company regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work assignments. 7. Be capable of achieving related work key performance indicators (KPIs). 8. Share market intellengence with the headquarters (HO) and ports of destination (POD). 9. Build rapport with all internal stakeholders and maintain good communication with cross - functional departments.
Job Requirements: 1. More than 3 years of work experience in the logistics industry, shipping company working experience is preferred. 2. Good interpersonal skills. 3. Capable of meeting targets by taking over challenge. 4. Self-motivation, self-discipline, initiative, can endure hardship. 5. Excellent English communication skills with both fluent in written & spoken. 6. Good master of Office Software, skillful in Powerpoint, Excel, etc.
