With guidance from SPM or HoCS, propose the tailor-made procurement strategy to client. Coordinate project procurement plan according to each project unique requirement. Control scope of service for each package.

Coordinate internal or external QS for project cost control

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)
Bachelor’s degree. Major in engineering or project management
本科以上学历，工程或项目管理专业。
10+ years experiences in project management for curtain wall design or engineering, have super high-rise office building project is preferred
10年以上幕墙设计和工程项目管理经验,有超高层写字楼项目咨询经验优先
Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation
熟悉国际和中国的规范和法规
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Has on-site experience
