Responsibilities: 61 Support Sales Coordinator: Assist Sales Coordinator with maintaining the sales network and handling basic pricing changes. 61 Coordinate Meetings and Events: Help coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring timely updates to the sales calendar. 61 Account support: Provide basic account support by facilitating the delivery of quotes and samples. 61 Record and Financial Management: Update sales records and assist with basic P&L management tasks. 61 Order and Channel Management: Support order and channel management by assisting in the process of order confirmations and maintaining the sales system. 61 Analysis: Conduct basic sales analysis and prepare reports for senior team members. 61 Tracking and Reporting: Maintain simple trackers for samples and price lists, providing oversight for funding reconciliation. 61 Cross-functional Support: Assist with cross-functional support tasks as needed.
