Marketing Director (based in Shekou Shenzhen)
We seek a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Marketing Director in electrical consumer products.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
80A minimum of023-502years of experience in the worldwide business world with a focus on seller and business development for Electric products.
80Must be excellent command of English with a good accent
80Must be fluency in Chinese Mandarin, both written and spoken
80French language skills would be an advantage but not required
80Must be strong service performance and technical understanding
80Good knowledge of Western cultures, particularly in the EU
80Experience in worldwide distribution and retailer advantages in electrical products.
80Must be able to lead high-level meetings via video, phone, and face-to-face interaction with assertive performance only.
80Ability to work with multiple teams and departments sister factories in China Shenzhen, KPI, targets.
80Ability to travel for business trips, primarily in the EU, UK, and Canada if need and high level presentation and extensive performance
80Working hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm but may require OT depending on the workload and communication with clients in different time zones.
80The position is based in Shenzhen , Shekou China
80Leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills are a must.
80ERP experience. ( foreign ERP system )
