Roles & Responsibilities:

Windchill Administration: Manage and maintain the Windchill PLM system, including installation, configuration, and upgrades. Ensure system stability and performance by performing regular maintenance and monitoring.

User Management: Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions within the Windchill environment. Provide support and training to users to enhance their understanding and effective use of the system.

Data Management: Oversee data integrity and accuracy within Windchill. Implement best practices for data management, including data migration, validation, and backup procedures.

Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Windchill functionality. Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to address system-related challenges and develop tailored solutions.

System Customization: Configure and customize Windchill workflows, reports, and user interfaces to align with organizational processes and improve overall efficiency.

Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Windchill administration, including user manuals, technical specifications, and system configuration guides.
Collaboration: Work closely with product development, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure Windchill aligns with business processes and supports product development goals.

Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest Windchill updates, features, and industry’s best practices. Recommend and implement solutions that enhance system functionality and user experience.

Qualifications:
61 Graduated of computer studies, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
61 Minimum 3 years of experience as a Windchill Administrator or in a similar role
61 Strong knowledge of PTC Windchill functionality, modules, and best practices
61 Experience with data management and system integration is preferred
61 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Desired:
61 Relevant certifications in Windchill or PLM solutions are a plus
61 Familiarity with programming languages and tools related to Windchill customization (e.g., Java, XML) is an advantage
61 Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
