Based in Shenzhen, in this role you will work as part of our Engineering team to review, analyze, and verify product drawings and specifications, to ensure that they meet the quality and functional requirements, you will also help towards continuous technical improvements and help investigate and resolve day to day technical problems.
Main Responsibilities 工作职责 : - Perform daily tasks as specified in Department Manual, Work Instructions and SOP. - This position works closely with R&D and PPD to develop high quality packaging. - Plan and develop product specifications. - Analyze and evaluate packaging options, advise project team of potential manufacturing issues and work with factories to improve product quality. - Work with a cross-functional team to deliver quality orientated technical solutions. - Fully understand product market, product requirement and necessary specifications. - Provide the technical leadership, direction, and support to projects including design analysis, test development, process development, quality and verification and prototype production. - When required assist in tool commissioning and validation with factories. - Approve technical /engineering proposal / specification before submitting to client. - Provide support to project team, with clear reporting and communications. - Supervise and monitor technical aspect of the project, analyze results, and take actions to ensure that the agreed project goals will be fulfilled - Complete specified reports within the frame/scope of the project/role
Knowledge, skills and experience required 任职资格 : - Engineering degree in Design, Plastics, Mechanical or equivalent discipline - 5 years related working experience - Good understanding/knowledge of plastic injection, blow molding, injection blow molding and finishes for product development and manufacturing - Proficient with reading and interpreting 2D drawings. - Organized, detailed-oriented, responsible - Highly committed to work and able to work under pressure - Good command of English and able to communicate in Mandarin - Sound skills in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Cloud
