1、Handling daily import and export cargo by sea. 处理日常海运进出口货物；

2、Docking with customers to meet their needs as much as possible. 对接客户，尽可能的满足客户需求；

3、Assist sales for customer relationship maintenance, handle customer complaints, improve business volume and customer satisfaction, assist sales to find the best solution to achieve maximize profit and support sales by combining company products.

4、Place booking with direct carrier or via local booking agent. 直接向承运人或通过当地的订舱代理订舱；

6、Co-ordinate with customs broker for cargo declaration. 与报关行协调货物申报事宜；

7、Keep data input into system for shipment details. 将数据输入系统，以了解货物详情；

8、The scores for THE 6 KPIS INTRODUCED BY REGIONAL OCEAN TEAM must be above 98% according to BPM requirement yearly. 根据BPM的要求，626项关键绩效指标完成率必须达到98%以上；

9、Billing arrangement and invoicing application. 账单的整理与开票申请；

10、Other matters as explained by superior. 上级交代的其他事宜。



Requirements职位要求：

1、Related Experience is preferred. 有相关经验优先，无经验应届生也可；

2、Good command for written English. 良好的英语书写能力；

3、Good understanding on logistics procedure. 对物流程序有良好的理解；

4、Good communication skill. 良好的沟通技巧；

5、Be able to work independently with patience and good initiatives. 能够独立工作，有耐心和良好的主动性。
