Job Description The Project Manager – This role extends through both the design and delivery of our projects. You will participate in concept development, design documentation, through construction administration. The Project Manager ensures the team: 1. understands the client’s goals, concerns and agendas 2. understands our goals and concerns and agendas 3. that we work to satisfy them both Key Responsibilities: 1 Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress performance on all projects within the team 2 Interact with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements to designers and internal project members 3 Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status 4 Adapt plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during the project 5 Interface directly with the client and lead all stages of the project ensuring we are one step ahead of their needs 6 Perform risk management to minimize project risk Job Requirements To be a successful Project Manager with M Moser, you are someone who sees problems differently, you are organized in your thinking and can dig into a problem to find the solution. We are looking for successful candidates: 1 Minimum of 5 years project management experience in architecture or interior related industry 2 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related 3 Excellent communication and coordination ability and on-site reporting ability. 4 Team player and able to work independently.
