Purpose of the job:

Responsible for timely and accurately complete closing tasks for costing module, provide cost analysis report package to assist manufactory improvement. Prepare program PL and high-level analysis to improve business.

Principal accountabilities/Main tasks:
1. Inventory management: fully support to achieve ITO target of company.
--Monthly inventory analysis by customer
--Root cause for long aging inventory
--Follow-ups with sales & logistic team
2. Cost analysis. Provide cost report package precisely, including work order variance, scrap variance, unit cost trend, purchasing price trend, provide valuable analysis.
3. Monthly closing. Timely and accurately complete closing tasks for costing module.
4. Monitoring the standard operation process.
5. Reporting. Timeliness & Accuracy.

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
1. Great patience & independence in being result-oriented by analyzing & following-ups.
2. Strong responsibility in completing the assigned tasks as per the tight timeline.
3. Good teamwork spirit to better achieve the same goals of the team.
4. Proficient in Oracle & & excel & English.
5. More than 2 years cost accounting experience in manufactory.
6. Good English reading, writing and speaking.
