Job Summary The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing new business opportunities with existing customers who have founded cooperation with us. The role involves generating sales leads, fostering relationships with overseas affiliates, and developing strategic accounts to drive revenue growth and expand our global footprint.
Key Responsibilities 1.Prospecting and Lead Generation - Identify and approach Chinese shippers involved in overseas nominated orders - Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to generate new business opportunities - Develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads through calling, visiting and networking - Converting leads into concrete business - Prepare specific presentations and proposals to potential clients
2.Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with key persons of the customers - Understand client needs and provide tailored logistics solutions - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
3.Strategic Account Development - Collaborate with overseas affiliates to create and execute strategic account plans - Enhance diversified development of existing strategic accounts by closed communicating with overseas partners - Present company’s global network to trigger customers’ attention. - Participate global tender which invited from the partners - Monitor and report on the performance of strategic accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
4.Market Intelligence - Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments in the logistics sector - Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and client needs
