职位简介：
此职位适合具有丰富水单元认证知识及制造环境实操经验的专家。作为高级FSCC工程师，您将负责确保WIK的机器符合中国、欧洲和美国的严格水批准标准，重点关注家用电器的材料、部件和产品。此外，您还需要跟上不断变化的法规和客户需求，以确保我们的产品持续合规。

职责：
1.与外部实验室和客户定期沟通，了解外部要求。
2.在团队内收集外部测试/批准所需的文件/样品，跟进测试进度，并在出现任何偏差时采取必要行动。
3.处理并提供专业技术服务以解决客户投诉问题，参与客户审计发现的问题并采取纠正措施。
4.根据客户要求，与客户举行会议和培训，上传文件和数据库至PLM及其他网络平台。
5.监控饮用水法规更新，为WIK集团内部制定明确路线图，确保持续合规。
6.负责对外供应商的食品安全/饮用水审计，帮助供应商减少外部测试/批准的差距。

任职要求：
1.熟悉中国、欧盟或美国的主流水批准标准，例如WRAS、ACS、KTW-BWGL以及NSF 51/61等。
2.熟悉制造过程中的过程控制及实操知识。
3.具有Medea/Angel/Truliva/Brita等水合规方面的一手质量控制经验者优先。
4.良好的项目管理技能。
5.良好的沟通技巧。

This role is perfect for an expert who is highly knowledgeable about water unit certifications and has hands-on experience in manufacturing settings. As a Senior FSCC Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that WIK’s machines meet the strict water approval standards for China, Europe, and the US, focusing on the materials, parts, and products used in household appliances. Additionally, you’ll need to keep up with constantly changing regulations and customer demands to ensure that our products remain compliant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Regular communication with external labs and customers for the requirements from external.
2. Collect the needed documents/samples within the team for the external test/approvals, follow up the test progress and take necessary actions if there is any deviation.
3. Handle and offer professional technical support on customer complaints issue, involve in and take corrective actions in customer audit findings
4. Meeting and training sessions with customers on uploading documents and database to PLM and other network platforms as per customer requirements
5. Monitoring the drinking water regulation updates, make clear roadmap for inside WIK Group to ensure continuous compliance.
6. Responsible external supplier food safety/drinking water audit, help suppliers to mitigate the gaps for external tests/approvals.
REQUIREMENT:
1. Familiar with prevalent water approvals for CN, EU or US, like the WRAS, ACS, KTW-BWGL, and NSF 51/61 for example.
2. Familiar with the process control in the manufacturing process with know-how.
3. ***-hand quality control expertise in water compliance like Medea/Angel/Truliva/Brita is a plus.
4. Good project management skills.
5. Good communication skills.
