Job Description:
1. Handle outsourced employee recruitment and manage outsourced companies.
2. Organize group training programs and implementation.
3. Manage employee profile, onboarding, and required documents to ensure compliance. Regularly review labor contracts for timely renewals and updates on position, location, and working hours.
4. Oversee employee departure process, including i-Termination tracking, error correction, updates and issuance of departure certificates.
5. Responsible for attendance system operation, including setting up attendance for new employees.
6. Assist expatriates in obtaining work permits, residence permits, and annual renewals.
7. Participate in HR projects, activities and other tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of HR experience or a high-potential fresh graduate.
3. Familiar with HR policies, structure, and processes; understanding of government personnel policies and legal requirements is preferred.
4. Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
5. Detail-oriented, strong teamwork skills, quick learner, and a mindset for continuous improvement.
6. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English.
