The Production Assistant plays an important role in coordinating the production process. This individual will collaborate closely with the Production team in Los Angeles, as well as the China-based Vendors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the end-to-end development and production process across multiple RTW categories.
- Update the PLM system, WFX.
- Confirm all data is properly entered in WFX and push to NetSuite.
- Issue Purchase Orders in NetSuite.
- Responsible for ensuring salesman samples are on time & issue SMS PO’s to vendors each season.
- Maintain Production WIP. Daily follow up with vendors on pending approvals & samples. Regularly communicate with suppliers and develop strong partnerships.
- Manage product testing as required.
