Lead the team members to: 1. Review product safety and regulatory issues after finalization through check with China Quality Compliance team or third party 2. Communication with 3rd party labs about testing inquiries/issues, negotiate testing cost when necessary, and facilitate testing lead time reduction, work with sourcing team and suppliers on testing issues 3. Work out Corrective Action Plan together with factory/sourcing . Communication with Agency customer’ s quality dept. to review and approve the CAP. Follow up the CAP after customer approved the CAP. 4. Working with factory for the ECR and get it review and approved. 5. Counsel under-performing vendors for overall quality improvement and provide necessary training 6. Participate daily pre-production meetings and contribute on QA/QC part 7. Act as the communication window between TR-QA/QC and Agency Customer-QA/QC 8. Routinely meeting with sourcing team & customers on quality issue. 9. Make clear for each agency customer’s requirement on quality compliance area include factory audit, inspection, testing …etc. 10. Make sure local third party or local TR QC/QA team follow Agency customer requirement on quality compliance area through training or internal communication. 11. Escort agency customer’s QA visit 12. Built excellent and stable relationship with Customer’s quality compliance dept. 13. Daily work with local sourcing/Local Quality team to solve quality relative issues. 14. Lower the quality risk for Agency suppliers 15. Build customer trust on quality compliance area for certain agency client Requirements: 1. Preferably with overseas education background in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields. 2. Familiar with American and European laws and regulations, with hands-on experience in international compliance standards. 3. At least 10 years team management experience in foreign trade company or third party laboratory. 4. Familiar with small household appliances, furniture, groceries, seasonal products testing. 5. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with strong cross-cultural communication skills. 6. Factory quality management experience is preferred. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
