This exciting role offers opportunity to:

● To manage the industrialization of the new products according to PRO Launch- NPI tool .
● To manage product transfer according to PRO Launch-STP tool.
● To manage VAVE project according to PRO Launch-VAVE tool."
● To manage project / program scope, risk, schedule, quality, MFG cost, budget, ect.
● Weekly and monthly monitor project status and ensure all on the normal track with problem solving or leveraging
● Acting as plant MFG window, to collaborate with cross functions or project team worldwide for new project introduction and achieve KPI goals such as Time to Market, % on Product Cost , % on Technical Spec, MFG automation%,ect.
● Drive continuous improvements and optimize the operation efficiency or effectiveness of PRO Launch
● To provide training and coaching to MFG team on project management skills if appropriate.

Requirement:

● Bachelor's degree or above, major in industrial engineering or electronic / electrical engineering
● More than 5 years of project management experience in power supply products
● Proficient in project management tools such as Micorsoft Project, JIRA, etc.
● Familiar with product development process and manufacturing process
● Agile design or lean design thinking
● PMP certification is plus
● Fluent in verbal and written English.
● Patient, passionate and motivated, curiosity about the leading tech.
