61 Manage adjustments for differences in fixed asset accounting between China and the US GAAP. 61 Coordinate with relevant departments to conduct physical sighting of fixed assets. 61 Intercompany AP accounting treatment and payment arrangement. 61 Intercompany payable balance and transition reconciliation. 61 Validate and post payroll accounting journal entries, ensuring payroll transactions are accurately reflected in financial reports. 61 Reconcile Payroll, Social Insurance and Public Housing Fund GL accounts. 61 Prepare IC AP, fixed assets and payroll schedules for audit, tax and other statutory requirements. 61 Review and process Labor Union employees expense claims in accordance with labor union policies. Ensure accuracy, legitimacy, and compliance of reimbursement requests. 61 Post journal entries and generate financial reports for the Labor Union. Ensure accurate bookkeeping. 61 Support Labor Union audits by preparing financial data and necessary documentation. 61 Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
61 Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 61 Over 3 years of proven experience in accounting or auditing. 61 Good command of spoken and written English. 61 Strong knowledge of accounting standard, familiarity with CN-U.S. GAAP differences is preferred. 61 Experience with Oracle Cloud and Kingdee systems is a plus. 61 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 61 Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 61 Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
