Major Responsibilities 1. Process Audit (60%) -Conduct regular process audits at core suppliers’ production sites to assess the implementation and effectiveness of their QMS. -Identify gaps and risks in suppliers’ production processes and propose corrective action plans (CAP). -Follow up on audit findings to ensure timely and effective implementation of corrective actions. -Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting audits results, non-conformities, and areas for improvements. 2. Quality Assurance Support to Brand -Interact and work with brands to provide local quality support during new development, mass production and quality complaints. -To follow up and analyze the data of supplier quality performance to brands timely. 3. Supplier Quality Management -To digest brand’ instruction and transfer the accurate information to suppliers during new develop and quality complaints. -To follow up and analyze the FEPS rejection and monitor supplier for CAR via communication and on-site validation to improve the quality performance. 4. Cross Function Collaboration -Transfer the accurate inspection information to QC team and provide technical support (test gauge, test method…) under brands’ requirement. -Review, verify, and regularly update the inspection plans and quality control criteria with QC team. -Communicate and work with Lab to resolve related testing issue. 5. To follow up other ad hoc tasks that assigned by superior.
Major Requirements -At least colleague’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or mechanical majoring related. -More than 5-year working experience in Supplier Quality Management/Development experience, Engineering experiences, manufacturing processes knowledge in watch industry would be great, with certain experience in auditing suppliers would be a bonus. -English can be a workable language, Cantonese speaking ability is a plus. -Familiar with product knowledge, QC 7 tools, ISO 9001 and tools like 8D, PPAP, APQP. -Good Communication, problem-solving and coordination skill. -Proactive and willing to learn. -Good at office software handling. -Willing to accept business trips.
